Ignore fontconfig .uuid generation

If using powerline/fonts via a git submodule, certain linux systems may
generate .uuid files. This prevents accidentally committing these
artifacts in case a user doesn't have it in ~.gitignore_global.

Use /bin/sh as the interpreter for installation script.

Users of *BSD systems will usually have bash installed under /usr/local or something of the sort.
There were two viable options here, the other is to use the `env` tool to determine the location
of bash. However, after linting this file with the sh interpreter installed on my system,
I discovered that this will do.

README.rst: Add link to config file

Makes Font config section more simple and 
comprehensible as it is unintelligible to tell
while file, the reference 'this file' refers to.
