Further testing shows that the find command fails for GNU find under Ubuntu 11.10 and EL6.

This script was only copying over the pcf.gz files on OSX 10.9 and 10.10 since the find command is a little different.

install.sh should also install Terminus font extension (pcf.gz)

Avoid conflicts with unpatched Terminus

The file names currently in use conflict with the non-patched version of
the font on Arch Linux. This commit renames the files and updates the
fonts.dir to avoid this conflict.

add fonts.scale and fonts.dir files for `xset +fp`

The fonts.scale files were generated by running `mkfontscale ./**/` and
the fonts.dir files were generated by running `mkfontdir ./**/` in this
Git repository's working tree.  Run those commands again to regenerate.

These generated files let you register their corresponding True Type
fonts with the `xset +fp` command, which "installs" them under Linux.
For example, you would do this by running the following commands if you
cloned this Git repository to your ~/.fonts/powerline-fonts/ directory:
